microtik Netpower 15fr is a reverse poe switch with 16x 100 Mbit Ethernet ports , two SFP slots, power DC connector and two operating systems (ROS and SWOS) between which you can choose. The first 15 ropes of the ports allow power via PoE in and 16. Port supports poe out to power other equipment, such as supply antennas, cameras or switch.

The advantage of reverse PoE is independence from one particular power supply. You can simultaneously power up to 15 power adapters via PoE IN, but the power supply will always be active from one. In the event of failure, it will be automatically degraded to others.
