Wi-Fi Network Audit is a comprehensive diagnostic service designed for businesses, hotels and public institutions or anyone experiencing instability, outages or insufficient performance of a wireless connection. Using professional on-site measurement, we reveal hidden problems that cannot be solved by simple reconfiguration from the desk, and suggest effective corrective actions. How the audit takes place and what we measure
The basis of the service is a physical survey of the location (site survey) using the top hardware analyzer Ekahau Sidekick 2 and the Ekahau AI Pro software. During the audit, we perform:

• Passive mapping: Comprehensive data collection of all detected Wi-Fi networks (own and foreign) in the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands
• Capacity and interference analysis: Determination of the degree of channel overlap (co-channel interference), mutual interference of access points and overall network throughput.
• Spectral analysis: Identification of Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi interference sources that cause network quality degradation
• Revision of the overall system architecture: From evaluating the physical location of access points (AP), set security policies to the coexistence of different wireless systems in one object.

What is the audit output
After the measurement is completed, you will receive a detailed final report that includes an understandable management summary as well as an in-depth technical analysis. The output includes:

• Visual heatmaps of all measured quantities: signal coverage maps and interference maps for individual floors, which clearly show"dead zones" and saturated areas, areas of interference, a map of detected APs, etc.
• Managerial and technical summary: measured data evaluated in a human way, elaborated on individual areas, evaluation of weak points, warning of risks.
• Action plan and recommendations: specific proposals for immediate operational measures (performance adjustment, change of channels) as well as strategic system changes (e.g. generation replacement of AP, unification of infrastructure, etc.).
