Description
The Tachyon TNA-305X model is a unique modular solution that works as an access point (AP) with a 90° x 50° sector beamforming antenna and an integrated 5 GHz backup (sector 30°, the possibility of connecting any external antenna). The unit serves up to 32 client stations. At the same time, the same unit can also be used as a client, when when a modular antenna is connected, the radiation diagram is reduced and thus connection at distances in the order of hundreds of meters is possible. Alternatively, use it in PTP mode for several kilometers.
Other advantages include:
- Full 60GHz band support -channels 1-6 (57-71GHz)
- Integrated backup in the 5.1-7 GHz band, up to 320 MHz channel
- Integrated 5 GHz antenna + option to connect an external antenna using RSMA connectors
- WiFi (2.4 GHz) management interface for local configuration
- Certification according to EN 303 722, i.e. legal use even in the 66-71 GHz range
- Transmission capacity more than 2 Gbps
- 2.5GEth PoE-in port
