Description
Our specialist will visit your facility equipped with professional diagnostic hardware (e.g. Ekahau Sidekick 2) and perform a detailed data collection. During the assignment, we map not only the physical layout of the building, but also measure the real state of the radio environment (RF) using advanced spectral analysis. Thanks to this, we can accurately measure the actual attenuation of walls, floors and specific materials, and at the same time reveal hidden sources of interference-be it foreign access points, competing Wi-Fi networks, or non-Wi-Fi interference (Bluetooth, microwave ovens, industrial machines). We will also assess the suitability of constructions for AP placement and the possibility of running cable routes.
What is the content of the output and what you get:
The result of the on-site project is a precise implementation design based on your requirements and the real possibilities of the given object. The delivery includes:
Detailed RF report from Ekahau: Precise heatmaps based on actual field measurements and calibrated simulations. You will clearly see the real coverage (RSSI), the signal quality (SNR), the zones for smooth roaming and the impact of the identified interference on the planned network capacity.
Final design of AP placement and channeling:Position for installing access points with regard to both signal propagation and real installation possibilities in the given object.
Structured cabling and routing audit: We don't just focus on the wireless part. On site, we will assess the condition of your existing data switchboards, active elements and the possibility of running existing or proposed cable routes.
Design and plotting of new cabling: If the existing cabling is inadequate or missing, we will propose the use of optimal technological points and ensure the plotting of routes for new data cables in the project documentation.
Bill of dimensions (BOM):Exact specification of the necessary hardware-from the number of access points to the exact sizing of PoE switches and controllers to small installation elements.
Accurate budget and schedule: Thanks to the knowledge of local conditions, you will get a detailed cost calculation with an accurate budget and time commitment. No hidden surprises or multitasking during installation.
