FortiSwitch FS-448E-POE

Fortiswitch FS-448E-POE is fully managed 1U Rack Layer 2/3 Switch , designed for access or distribution use in the enterprise environment or SD-Branch architectures. It has 48x GE RJ-45 ports incl. POE 802.3AF/AT and 4 SFP+ ports allowing 10 GBE uplink to the backbone. With a 176 GBPS switching capacity and 262 MPPS , it provides suitable power for medium and more loaded networks. Total Poe Budget is 421 W, with a switch with active cooling (Airflow from the side backwards).

Switch supports the advanced L2/L3 features, including to 4,000 VLAN , spanning tree (STP/MSTP) , link aggation , IgMP Snooping and expanded ACL . The routing functions allow the running of static and dynamic protocols. For management, Fortilink integration with Fortigate , web GUI, CLI and SNMPV3.

The FS-448E-POE has dimensions 440 × 410 × 44 mm , the weight is 6.3 kg. It is powered from the internal source (100–240 V AC), there is a possibility to install a redundant power for higher availability. Fortinet provides a limited lifetime warranty .
